A full assessment will be carried out to gain a better understanding of your problem and identify the root cause. Clinical tests will be used and an initial treatment, feedback and advice will be provided in this session. Rehab exercises will be provided if required to be carried out at home.

The follow up appointment allows me to see how you have improved since the initial consultation. More tests are completed to assess change and how your body has responded to the initial treatment. Further treatment, advice and follow up action plans will be provided based on the results of the re-testing.

Myofascial Cupping/Acupuncture/Taping will be included in treatments where appropriate.

Sports massage is a deep tissue massage designed to eliminate potential muscular dysfunctions. It works deep in the muscles, realigning the muscle fibres and connective tissue, while flushing away any toxins. It is a more dynamic form of massage compared to a remedial massage. Regular sessions will increase joint mobility and flexibility, reduce the risk of injury during exercise and help to alleviate the symptoms of DOMs, including the reduction of pain and inflammation.

Myofascial Cupping/Acupuncture/Taping will be included in treatments where appropriate.

Kinesiology tape is a thin, stretchy, elastic cotton strip with an acrylic adhesive and is used by therapists as it benefits a wide variety of musculoskeletal and sports injuries and inflammatory conditions.

Kinesiology tape can be used as an aid in treating injuries and a variety of physical disorders.

Myofascial Cupping is a modified version of the ancient Eastern style Cupping. It uses plastic cups and vacuum suction to draw the soft tissue perpendicular to the skin. This treatment modality will help to alleviate knots and tension, increase blood flow for tissue repair and help improve the range of movement in joints.

Acupuncture for sports injuries is a techniquire that derives from Traditional Chinese Medicine whereby fine needles are used to penetrate certain points of the body to alleviate the symptoms associated with the injury.



Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment it is respectfully asked that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice.


Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at least 50% of the booking fee. If you do not turn up for your appointment and do not provide any notice the full amount will be charged. And future bookings will require payment in advance.

We appreciate that illness and emergencies arise at impromptu times and will do our best to be as flexible as possible in rescheduling your appointment.
